    Family Central will hold its annual Pinwheels for Prevention Campaign on Thursday, April 17 at 11:00am in Broward.The event will include delivery of a special message from Dr. Barbara Weinstein & the planting of a pinwheel garden by local children.The pinwheel is regarded as a symbol of children affected by abuse or neglect.
