Todd Schemm
BOARD CHAIR
Todd Schemm is Vice President of Credit Operations at the American Express Service Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Todd joined the Fort Lauderdale Service Center and began his VP, Credit Operations role in June 2003, leading nearly 700 employees in a variety of functions across the credit and collections organization.
Today, he is responsible for understanding and meeting customer expectations across different product lines for the company’s Consumer Card and all linked account portfolios.
Todd also serves as a member of the Credit Management Executive Team, which is responsible for the alignment of department goal metrics, target setting, strategies and decision-making on project-related and operational issues.
