Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R)
Is a FREE service to ALL families seeking information and referral services about quality early care and school readiness programs and out of school time solutions. Our Resource and Referral Specialist assist parents/guardians during a individualized search consultation for childcare resources, which is kept confidential.

Online CCR&R Intake Form
If you would like information on child care providers within Broward County, please click on the link below to complete our online intake form. Please do not use this form to apply for financially assisted child care. If you want to apply for financial assistance for child care please call 954-724-4609 to speak with a Resource and Referral Counselor.
If you select to utilize our Online Intake Form your information will be sent and processed by one of our Resource & Referral Counselors; once completed you should expect to receive the information matching your selected criteria via the method you selected while completing the online referral process. If you have an additional child(ren) to report you will be provided an additional intake link for each child in order to successfully complete the process.

If you have a complaint/concern about the services that you received when you requested your child care listing or about a child care provider please feel free to contact us for specific questions or issues.
There are no charges/fees associated with a provider listing in the Child Care Resource & Referral Database or for referrals. If you are asked to provide a payment for a referral or listing in the Child Care Resource & Referral database, please call the Agency for Workforce Innovation’s Office of Early Learning at 1-866-357-3239. The information reported about a provider’s program is objective program information that is based on standards that are attainable for providers based on their type of care. Family Central, Inc. is part of the statewide AWI- Office of Early Learning (OEL) Resource and Referral (R & R) Network Office. This office maintains the only comprehensive statewide database of child care, school readiness and school age programs and service providers.
