Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program Provider Registration
Welcome to VPK
Thank you for your interest in Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program (VPK). To deliver the VPK program, you must complete two application forms. These forms must be completed and mailed or delivered to your Family Central, Inc at 3111 South Dixie Hwy, Suite 222, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
If you previously submitted the pre-application on Florida VPK Website you must still complete and submit both forms.
